The medical staff were all very professional and friendly. My only one area of slightly less impressed is that of the reception staff. Upon each visit a large group of staff are stood behind reception chatting about plans for the evening etc, leaving people waiting where not needed. Not a major issue but not a great first impression.

Everyone at the hospital was so welcoming, caring and supportive. I felt completely safe in their care and I had never been looked after so well before.
