All the staff I had the pleasure of meeting were friendly and really helpful, putting you at ease every time. It was quick to be seen and the procedure was done within a month of first contacting the hospital. The nurses that looked after me during my hospital stay were really friendly and helped with every minor thing I needed, quickly and professionally.

This was a comfortable and efficient environment . I was treated politely, warmly, and professionally. I know its a private hospital and that I was a referral from the NHS but it was so nice to be in a place where people smile when they look up at you rather than visualise you as part of the problem. The NHS could learn a lot from the basics of nursing in this way.. Thanks
