Dr Jacobs is very welcoming and reassuring. He spoke to my daughter to understand things from her perspective and made her feel very involved in her consultation. He is amazing with children and was very thorough. He was keen to find out how my daughter was doing the next day and called to see how she got on at school. I had a very good experience with Dr Neeraj. He consulted my son and explained everything to me in detail, I had no conscience in the field, he presented a sketch of a heart made by hand just to understand very well what the problem is. I felt that I was talking more with a friend than with a Doctor. he also helped me with clear instructions during the consultation period.

Such a friendly doctor who cares deeply and has a genuine passion for helping children.
