I gave Dr Sawhney 5 stars for her 'bedside manner' though I was of course an out patient. But in every way the experience was 'excellent'. I was seen on time. Dr Sawhney was very understanding, helpful and reassuring and I was grateful to be seen so quickly and efficiently.

Highly professional, easy to talk with and clearly at the top of his discipline.

Dr Stephens answered all my questions comprehensively and in a manner that could be understood by a non medical specialist. He demonstrated empathy to me and was very happy to discuss my questions.

Dr Winnett is clear in explanations,has a very easy manner which relaxes the patient, removing any stressful concerns ( a much appreciated quality) and his confidence transfers to the patient.

Mr Firoozi was calm, thorough, and reassuring. Explained well my condition and exam results. His PA Paola was lovely, very accommodating, responsive and efficient.

Dr Tang explained everything very well. Helping me understand my condition.

After my appointment with Dr Carl Shakespeare, all my worries evaporated…. Dr Shakespeare explained every thing with a lovely manner and I am so relieved and appreciate of all he did for me..
