I found Mr Rao to be a true professional, he carried out a physical examination on my injured shoulder and explained he’s thoughts on the problem, recommended a MRI scan to confirm and a course of action once he received the results.

When I first noticed an issue with my hand, I was distraught, anxious and fearing the worst. After seeing Dr Karuppaiah, I felt very optimistic about treating my hand , and I was made to feel reassured and at ease by his calm, composed manner. He carefully took the time to answer any questions I had, went above and beyond to explain all aspects of treatment to me and, overall, I was so happy I had been assigned such a great Doctor to treat my hand. After the surgery, my hand is completely back to normal and functional in the same way it was previously, so I am very satisfied.
