Couldn’t have had a better experience

A very efficient and friendly environment. Responsive nursing staff. Edible hosipital food!

The staff at the main desk saw us straight away and pointed us to Paediatrics. When we arrived at the second reception desk there were three ladies on the computer and we had to wait 5mins before being called forward. On the screen wait times were being shown as ‘on time’. But we were seen after 20mins. Nothing like the NHS but being private I would expect better.

The staff were understanding and helpful. It was very easy to book the exams and the follow-up appointment with the specialist. The clinic was extremely clean and wasn't busy. The specialist I consulted with was very friendly. He explained the exams to me in way I could understand. Thank you very much for the great service.
