He was able to explain to me just before the surgery what the procedure will entail and how many cuts will be made. He also explained I’ll have some side effects which is quite normal. He has met with me twice following the surgery and took very great care of me. I have had a great experience considering I was so scared that I’ll no longer be living with a gall bladder. I have no side effects and my body has adjusted so well.

As a mother I was extremely worried at how negatively this procedure would affect my son because of his age. At 5 years old not quite old enough to understand yet, I worried the procedure would have had a very mentally deterimental affect on him. I needn't over worry because he was in the best of hand with Dr Sufi and his wife who have extensive experience and it really shone through. The after care was also very good, any worries Dr Sufi was on hand at all times with his prompt reply to concerns/worries we had. Barry is just the best - kind, funny - I mean who wants to talk poop with someone you don’t really know and he explains things so you can help yourself to feel better, with long-term solutions as well. After a bad experience at another London hospital after the birth of my son and my bowel stopped working post-c-section Barry is a godsend and has put my mind at rest with the symptoms I’m experiencing. Simon was extremely personable, attentive and empathetic to our situation after hearing about our experience in having to take our baby to A&E.
