It was all as it should be

A very positive experience indeed. With my symptoms improving, the doctor took a pragmatic, but most importantly, extra cautious and thorough approach to my condition. This, in turn, diagnosed and allowed treatment of a more serious health issue that I in fact had. Without this approach I would have suffered a much worse health condition in the future. This would not have been recognised without Dr Pitchers care, experience and intuition in digging deeper into my symptoms. Finally once this was recognised it was dealt with sensitively and in a very timely way.

Mr Stuart Gould gave me the time and an good explanation pre surgery. On the Surgery day he explained his plan for the surgery well. Post Surgery he came and saw me and explained what had occured, that it all went as expected. The follow up appointment, Staurt explained the putcome from the surgery and also reassured me on the current pain and swelling. I was very happy with the service provided to date.

Dr. Besherdas is an excellent doctor who really listened to me and put me at ease before my gastroscopy and colonoscopy. He banded my haemoroids as well. Both procedures were quick and painfree. He was kind enough to arrange the procedures within a week and his entire team was so supportive and reassuring. He has a good sense of humour as well which helps to relieve nerves before the procedures. I would highly recommend him for any gastroenterology related issues and procedures. It's a 5 🌟 from me ! He explains all problems very well. The detail of his answers are satisfying.. I feel as if a part of my concern disappears when consulting him. He spends quality time addressing each and every one of my issues and concerns that I discuss with him.

Professor Caplin is a consummate professional with a kind 'bedside manner' who explained everything carefully and carried out the procedure extremely efficiently. I would most certainly recommend him to anyone who is in need of investigation and treatment as he is clearly an expert in his field, but also is a very nice man.
