Dr Wong has an extremely good manner and is very helpful and thorough

A very positive experience indeed. With my symptoms improving, the doctor took a pragmatic, but most importantly, extra cautious and thorough approach to my condition. This, in turn, diagnosed and allowed treatment of a more serious health issue that I in fact had. Without this approach I would have suffered a much worse health condition in the future. This would not have been recognised without Dr Pitchers care, experience and intuition in digging deeper into my symptoms. Finally once this was recognised it was dealt with sensitively and in a very timely way.

Dr Pannick was fabulous at putting me at ease despite my nerves before and during my procedure. He explained everything fully and also was very attentive to any questions or concerns I had. After the procedure, he came to check on me too and explain all his findings. Thank you!

Dr. Besherdas is an excellent doctor who really listened to me and put me at ease before my gastroscopy and colonoscopy. He banded my haemoroids as well. Both procedures were quick and painfree. He was kind enough to arrange the procedures within a week and his entire team was so supportive and reassuring. He has a good sense of humour as well which helps to relieve nerves before the procedures. I would highly recommend him for any gastroenterology related issues and procedures. It's a 5 🌟 from me ! Really nice guy, very reassuring and great bedside manner.

Professor Caplin is a consummate professional with a kind 'bedside manner' who explained everything carefully and carried out the procedure extremely efficiently. I would most certainly recommend him to anyone who is in need of investigation and treatment as he is clearly an expert in his field, but also is a very nice man.
