The whole experience was stress free. Good communications, prompt appoitments, very competent and friendly admin & medical staff. Outpatient facilities are very good and the In patient room accommadtion was excellent.

I was taken to my room on time and kept up to date with what was happening and when I'd go down to surgery. Prior to my surgery, my consultant / surgeon visited me to explain the surgery in full again. All of the staff were really friendly and made me feel at ease. The anaesthetist was especially lovely and made me feel relaxed because going into theatre. After surgery, the food and care provides was excellent - again, I was kept up to date about when I'd be discharged and all of my medication for aftercare was explained well. I'd fully recommend The Spire.

Cannot thank the staff at Manchester fertility enough for their care and dignity, for all scans / tests etc. Hannah our patient advisor has enable us to feel at ease whilst also providing us with the knowledge and confidence needed to proceed with treatment.

Hospital was great, lovely staff only problem was parking
