Miss Omar was amazing. She is very knowledgeable and helped me understand what procedure I needed to have throughout. She took the time and care to deal with my concerns sympathetically and also was very skilful in the surgery, leaving me with a very tiny scar. The after care was great too. We engaged Jess as our private OB for weeks 36 onward as we were not satisfied with the level of care we were receiving via the NHS. After interviewing several potential consultants/Doctors, Jess was the obvious choice. She has a no-nonsense approach to pregnancy & delivery, completely supporting the parents' choices and preferences. She has a unique way of breaking down complicated details to inform and reassure you on decision making. We scheduled a planned induction based on expected baby size and ended up having a c-section. While the birth ended up surgically, we were incredibly happy with the entire experience. Jess provided an expert level of care and brought along a fabulous team of experts to support us as well. We will definitely go back to Jess for any future babies we have in London!

Right from the start, Mr Chilcott filled me with confidence in deciding on an elective c section for the birth of my first child (who was breech). He provided his honest opinion when I requested it and took time to answer all my questions. The c section itself was incredibly smooth and I felt extremely looked after and in safe hands. The healing process has so far gone very well and I could not have been happier with the care I received. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Chilcott and if we ever have number 2, I would go straight back to him!

Ms Sharma was very friendly and patiently explaining my result for me. She did the checks very gently and made me feel very respected. She managed to do checks and consultation within appointment time and the whole experience was very pleasant.
