It was my second time at the clinic and it did not disappoint with its hospitality and helpfulness. The waiting area was very spacious, with refreshments and magazines to keep ourselves hydrated and busy; the toilets were spotless; the staff made everything go swimmingly every step of the way. The GP who consulted me was competent, professional, efficient and open to all the questions I wanted to ask. The only negative remark I have to make is about punctuality – my appointment took place 10-20 minutes later than scheduled.

I was extremely anxious about my appointment but they made me feel so comfortable, answered my questions and genuinely thought the procedure was only uncomfortable and not painful. Saw Miss Avni Batish, thank you!
