Mr Stapleton was very understanding and excellent at explaining the best solution for my arthritic feet. Taking into account that I wanted to still be able to wear decent shoes with my insoles. The pair made for me were unbelievably thin and are proving very comfortable.

He was reassuring, made me feel totally relaxed and reassured about the surgery. His explanation both before and after surgery, was thorough and most eloquently explained, not at all rushed and he afforded me his time to ask questions and gave me his undivided attention answering my questions. Really pleased with the consultant appointmants I have had to date with Prof Eli Silber. I have a firm treatment plan, but know of other options if the treatment plan doesnt work. So far it definitely is working. He's taken the time to answer any questions that I have. Added to this, he's very nice and funny - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Dr Shaerf was great. Caring and empathetic. Immediately put me at ease and clearly explained everything I needed to know. He also kindly arranged a last minute scan for me in the matter of 10 minutes

Dr Gratwicke showed an sympathetic understanding of my symptoms which were a great worry to me. He was able to reassure me and I felt I was in good and competent hands.

He was very polite and friendly bit clearly very knowledgable. He was also sympathetic to the cap on private health costs which I appreciated.

Dr Chan is absolutely amazing, He is kind , he is sound and very professional, he knows what he is talking about. He understands you fully , just by listening to him explaining your condition, you heal 50%. He follows up on you with concern and understanding. I have seen sooo many dr and neurologist, but Dr Chan understood my condition, I am a whole changed person with his treatment , I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.
