He explained my diagnosis and suggested surgery very clearly and I felt at ease being his patient from the very start. Dr Amin had a calming and professional bedside manner. Put me at ease and explained everything very clearly. He was thoroughly professional and went out of his way to make sure I was happy. Could not have been better.

Mr Nav was straight to the point - asked about the original problem, current symptoms, any medication/s which has been prescribed since the symptoms began. Then explained what the procedure would involve. Performed the procedure quickly and pain free (slight discomfort but it was a scope of sinuses), showed and explained his findings and off I went.

Mr Patel has taken care of my extremely problematic ear for many years now, he has carefully rebuilt my eardrum and had to perform a further 2 operations - stapes being the central concern. He is a marvellous surgeon, I feel completely confident in his care and frankly lucky to have him looking after me and my ear. He has played a pivotal role in saving my hearing, improving my enjoyment of life, my confidence, and my general sense of wellbeing.
