I was diagnosed and treated in a short time frame. All staff has shown much empathy which is what I needed. It also felt that everyone around me had high levels of skills and I benefited from their expertise.

Parking was really bad, I had to double park and was worried I would get a ticket.

The link with Re:Cognition was easy. The service was outstanding. The wealth of information held by individuals, and their knowledge, was first class.

I have so much gratitude to every councillor, consultant, therapist, doctor, nurse, every ward staff member, catering, maintenance, the cleaning staff and receptionist. A very well organized department with caring staff

Very good experience although much longer wait than anticipated. Staff all extremely friendly and helpful

Everyone I met was friendly and professional. The only minor comments I could make are that the control for the bed was a little impractical for the patient to use. I could see that effort had been put into making the food a better experience, and catering for a hospital is very difficult, that said nutrition is really important for recovery if anything further could be done.

An incredibly supportive environment, staffed by highly competent and caring individuals.
