Easy access, helpful and friendly service. Tasty food with good choice. Shame I was only in for two days.

I was feeling very anxious on my visit due to a sudden health scare..All the staff I encountered, from reception onwards , were calm and approachable, which helped to reassure me and also my daughter, who accompanied me. I’m very grateful for the experience I had with OSD. Thank you

The staff are very friendly. The nurse who works with Dr Nida Chammas is lovely. I look forward to seeing her every time I visit. I had a blood test taken in the clinic downstairs and nearly fainted (I hadn't eaten and hate needles). The nurse I had was lovely and provided me food and fanned me with paper until I felt better. He was fantastic.

All the staff were great, friendly and helpful. Very clean waiting area and toilets. Good parking available.
