Nice calm and beautiful environment

Very good hospital with attentive and helpful staff

Nuffield Health Parkside Hospital provides a very pleasant environment with high standards of cleanliness, all of the members of staff we spoke to were, happy to help and showed kindness to myself and my daughter.

General feedback is very good. One thing I'd like to note is when my father was an inpatient, he had choice over his menu after having a stroke. My family was disappointed to see there was no moderating to stop him for example, having ice cream for dessert every meal, which based on his condition wasn't ideal.

Diagnostic Centre was fine but printer out of ink, MRI broken which didn't give an overall feeling that it is not a top end clinic

There was an out of date certificate of cleanliness in the Reception area. While I was in the waiting bay, nurses were talking loudly about “the woman in bay 7” which was me and whether I would leave before the afternoon clinic began. It made me feel uncomfortable.

Cromwell Hospital was very efficient and kind in dealing with my child and the various tests he needed to have.

The Platinum Medical Centre was very clean and the staff were all professional.
