He explained the treatment and any side effects and was very supportive of my accessing the treatment via the NHS. I met with Gary for the first time today who I found to be incredibly professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He meticulously checked my leg muscles and it was particularly helpful when he talked me through what the doctors had diagnosed and the reasons why I was experiencing the pain in my knees. Gary also explained and showed me the first set of exercises he was putting forward to enable me to move forward with recovery.
