Paul O'Flynn is an excellent consultant so professional and highly knowledgeable in his field. I have been Professor Paul O'Flynn's patient for 11 years he is so friendly, always greets me with a smile and listens carefully to all my concerns and addresses them all in a highly professional manor. Professor O'Flynn is truly the best ENT surgeon in the field; I would highly recommend him. Entela, professor O'Flynn's PA is absolutely wonderful, she is so lovely and bubbly always makes me feel comfortable. Mr Kara could not have been better. He was thorough with explaining everything to me. Answered any questions I had and I felt at ease the whole pathway from outpatients to surgery.

Mr Spencer Hodges explained everything clearly and concisely, offering great advice. My procedure went really well and I am very happy with outcome, he did an excellent job. Mr Spencer Hodges is very charismatic, and made me feel comfortable throughout this process.

Mr Lakhani was excellent throughout the process. His communication was clear, regular and he made it clear I could ask him anything on an ad-hoc basis if required, even giving me his whatsapp. I would recommend to anyone.

Mr Ghufoor impressed me from our first meeting to the last. He methodically worked to identify my ailment (sleep apnea) and gave me options to mitigate it. I chose surgery to remove an enlarged tonsil after discussing the pros and cons with him. He predicted the entire process and gave me the comfort and confidence to proceed, knowing there would be painful moments as I healed. I haven’t slept this well in years, my energy is back, and I feel like I have a new lease on life, thanks to Mr Ghufoor. I highly recommend him.
