Really calm and relaxing, friendly staff. Only issue was at night you could hear people’s phones going off that were not on silent and the nurse call bell was quite loud but this cannot be avoided I guess.

I have had a fantastic experience with the mental health services of the lovely Dr Sarkhel. I've undergone psychiatric treatment through therapy sessions and receiving an ADHD diagnosis. Dr Sarkhel was instrumental in ensuring I was comfortable, that I understood everything, and that I was happy and healthy. It was of great benefit to both myself and Dr Sarkhel that I brought along my school report - this helped to relate my symptoms to childhood. I feel lucky to have been diagnosed by such a caring doctor who is evidentially trying to help me as much as he can. The clinic atmosphere was great, very relaxed and a lot of seating. Additionally the location convenience was great being situated in Harley Street. Very clear and informative appointment scheduling and fast email replies. Between the psychiatric expertise of Dr Sarkhel, the treatment effectiveness, and the personalised care, I'm beyond happy with my experience. Thank you!

From the welcome at reception to the team of each procedure (scans, blood tests), the team were professional, kind and welcoming.

The Hospital is efficiently run and clean and welcoming. The only downside was the postponement of my operation from 7 to 21 March because a machine had broken down.

To whom I greatly respect his diagnosis and plan for treatment. You are such a wonderful team and automatically wonderful humans experience. Thank you.

Other than a long wait for a bed, exceptionally well looked after. Post op visit by doctor who explained procedure and outcome very much appreciated.
