My experience of egg freezing at the Lister was really positive from start to finish. I am really grateful to Mr Nicopoullos who was is extremely knowledgeable and skilful at explaining things clearly. Even though I always had many questions, I never felt rushed and he always took the time to listen and to make me feel at ease. You can really tell how passionate he is about his profession and for providing the best care for his patients. I would also like to thank his whole team for providing such excellent service and care. Dr Parikh was absolutely brilliant. She took the time to explain all the procedures and planning with my husband and I in person, and always responded to my emails. Going through IVF and finding an egg donor is so emotional and difficult, but I felt very looked after by Jaya and the great time at The Lister. Mr Chetwood was outstanding throughout the whole process, from initial consultation to the follow up. He really took the time to listen to questions, and every part was explained clearly to me. This was my first surgery, but I felt well prepared for every step, and nothing was unclear. He also took the time to get to know you as an individual, which makes the overall experience much less stressful
