For now this is just a review of bedside manner and patient care, both of which were outstanding. Mr Ollandini took time to listen, to explain and make sure I'm clear on the situation and treatment plan. He also followed up when a peripheral issue was coincidentally flagged up during an ultrasound. I'll update my review to include outcome (arguably the most important thing) once it's applicable.
