Well looked after by attentive staff

I have been under the care of Dr Sami for 3 years and always had an excellent service. He saved my swallowing and treated my reflux and stomach problems. I feel back to normal now.

Cromwell Hospital is generally always a good experience.

The operation on my left wrist had to be delayed by a few hours because a previous patient had overrun but the hospital ensured that this was not much of an inconvenience to me. Nursing and care and all staff of a very high standard.

I visit this hospital regularly every eight weeks it is always a friendly and pleasant atmosphere, and all the receptionists are very helpful and polite, as are all the employees in every department. i am always dealt with promptly.

The doctor and nurse were lovely and looked after me well. With hindsight, as my procedure was close to my ear and the noise of my skin being cut was quite traumatic, I would use ear plugs next time, and it would have been nice if this option had been suggested to me. Otherwise everything was great.
