Great staff, facilities and care

I felt at ease as It was easy to navigate myself to whom I needed to speak to and talk to.

Reflux problems were efficiently tested and now I feel much better thanks to Dr Sami's expertise. He is truely the best. And very kind doctor.

The medical part of Chelsea Outpatient Centre was absolutely fine. My only issue was that on entering the building, which was security controlled which I was not aware of, the man at the desk was actually quite rude and asked me where I was going.

Very quick and efficient

Care on the weekends was lacking as nursing staff were less engaged with patients unfortunately. Overnight care and day care during weekdays was very good.

Had an excellent experience with Prof Imam. Thorough examination and diagnosis. Happy I did not need surgery and all is well. Highly recommend.

I sent relevant documents to the hospital for Mr Natt's attention and was assured that they would be forwarded to him but this did not hsppen.

Professional. Caring. Absolutely determined to make you feel comfortable. If there is a delay, you are informed and kept in the loop. Great attitude. Made to feel very welcome.
