Mr Aloe has been brilliant. Has really taken the extra time to answer all my questions, help me understand exactly what I was having done and what I need to do after the surgery. He has been very patient and understanding with me when I was worrying. I felt very well looked after and both before and after surgery. Gus treated me for a case of Achilles Tendinopathy, and some anterior shin splints. I had been struggling to run comfortably for almost a year when I started seeing Gus. After an initial hands on assessment Gus proceeded to make a plan that included dry needling, massage, strength and plyometrics. Within about 8-10 weeks I was running without pain and continued to see Gus for support while building my training back up to pre-injury levels. I am now running weekly half marathons pain free.
