Was fine. Had my records mixed up, but receptionist helpful and friendly.

Easy to make an appointment.

It has been very good. However, I lost my watch at the hospital. I left the watch inside the bathroom and realised after I was discharged. After calling the receptionist at the ward said they had my watch and will be kept safe and someone could collect it on my behalf, but after a couple of weeks when I called to inform someone will go to collect it, they said they couldn’t locate it, and I waited for someone to get back to me about it but no one called back.

Good staff and friendly atmosphere.

When I arrived I was in lot of pain but I felt very comfortable during the treatment. My general condition improved and I am very satisfied with the whole experience and the advice I got.

It was the first time I experienced a private hospital and it was a good experience (and made me wish I was a private patient, and living in London).

Great clinic, communications is easy and detailed. Clean, friendly, relax atmosphere.

Highly recommend The London Clinic, and in particular Dr Saoirse Dolly, who I saw regarding my vague/ non-specific symptoms. All clinical and administrative staff at The London Clinic are highly skilled and compassionate, which is of great reassurance not only as a patient undergoing such investigations but also for one’s family.
