The Priory North London has saved my life! I have so much gratitude to every councillor, consultant, therapist, doctor, nurse, every ward staff member, catering, maintenance, the cleaning staff and receptionist. Each and every person has shown me such empathy and kindness. Receptionists can sometimes be a little brusque, but otherwise very good overall.

Pleasant, relaxing environment. Friendly and welcoming reception staff. Seen very promptly. Lovely consultant, appointment was not rushed. Consultant listened carefully to the answers to his questions to both myself and my wife - engaging us both thoroughly throughout the consultation, making what could have been a rather stressful experience as comfortable as possible. Appraised our views and evidence, recording on laptop as we conversed. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Reception was quite busy so staff were quite abrupt, didn't feel welcoming but not rude.
