I have seen several therapists and Monika was by far the best that I have seen. She makes you feel so safe and supported on your therapy journey and I cannot recommend her enough. Throughout our time working together I was able to uncover and process a lot of deep feelings and trauma I did not know was even there. I have had other types of therapy in the past, but it was working with Monika and doing brainspotting that has helped me to finally heal on a deeper level.

Marc is kind, caring, responsive, and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Marc to anyone that is in need of assistance from a mental health perspective. It's been a really interesting experience working on myself with Eleanor. I have only had an initial 5 sessions and I am now taking some time to work on things solo before having a second batch of sessions in the coming months. I found the sessions to be informative, supportive and productive in the early steps of my treatment. I would therefore definitely recommend Eleanor for CBT based therapy which in my case was for skin issues.

My son likes joe's easy-going and kind manner. As my son feels stressed, worried, and anxious easily, it is good for him to have the time with Joe to release the emotions and tentions. My son loves singing and Joe encourages him to sing and to express himself during the sessions, which is great. He also likes to play the battle ship.We appreciate the integrative creative approach.
