Dr Philipose was thorough in explaining my tests result and diagnosis. Dr Philipose also encouraged me to ask questions about my case. Dr Philipose performed the gastroscopy with excellent skill, and reassured me during the whole process. I greatly appreciated the experience.

Dr Shah was very helpful and comforting with her explanations and processes for diagnosis. I felt very informed and guided throughout the consultation and the follow ups.

Dr Anderson provided immensely valuable care and guidance in seeing me at short notice, taking time to listen to my issues with the longstanding ulcerative colitis and went over and above in offering advice and best plan of treatment going forward even though that would be with the NHS. A genuine nice person.

It was nice to be listened to and then have a diagnosis clearly explained with possible options given. I felt Dr Cheent understood what I had been going through and was able to advise the best course of action. Dr Kandiah kept me informed of what was to be expected in the procedure. The preparation for the procedure instructions were clear and therefore easy to follow. During the procedure, there was a point when he could not continue and he informed me of the reason and immediately sent me to a scan (on the same day). All of which was efficiently and sympathetically done. The follow up appointment was just as informative. He answered all of my questions and provided me with the reassurances I needed. I would highly recommend Dr Kandiah as he is extremely professional with an amazing bed side manner.
