Met Mr Abdul the morning of surgery. Explained everything and I understood. Very mannerly.

I was more than happy with Mr Wazait and can highly recommend him. He fully explained the procedure beforehand and was so attentive and caring afterwards, especially after a small complication. He took many calls from the nurses and visited many times to check up, nothing was too much trouble. He even called on the bank holiday Monday to make sure everything was okay, which was really appreciated. The procedure was a huge success.

She helped me with only part of my symptoms . Told me to research about oral medication , pros and cons , saying she didn't have time to talk through them with me this time. Then she said to come back 2 weeks later. I really didn't feel that she addressed all of my concerns , and felt that I paid for an appointment and that my problems were not addressed

I was very nervous about having a vasectomy. Having a conversation with someone while he is sewing your groin is a strange experience. Even having met Mr Alnajjar in a consultation, an experience which left me with supreme confidence in him, I was expecting days of pain and discomfort afterwards. I had none of that. Indeed this review is the result of my having sent an unsolicited message to him to say how happy I was a week after the operation. He is clearly very skilled. But what do I know? I'll only experience one vasectomy. The real expert is a member of the team who assisted him. When Mr Alnajjar left the room the medic said "He's really good you know".

I was very lucky to have been treated by Dr. karoshi. He has this very calm and warm demeanor, which was very welcomed by someone like me who's usually a little nervous. He is very patient, the same question he'd explain to me again and again till I understood completely. He was very thorough, unlike my previous experience, he took the time to thoroughly investigate my situation, came up with the best surgery option, one ensured that there was least physical intrusion, quicker recovery, and best long term post op health care. I always felt confident in Dr. Karoshi. To be able to build that trust is vital, and I was very lucky to have had this rapport with Dr. Karoshi.
