Mr Ayoub explained the whole process and subsequent outcome very thoroughly and answered any questions and concerns in detail. The surgery was on both eyes and the treatment was painless and took little time. All in all I felt I was in good hands all through the consultations and surgery and am very happy with the outcome. There is no one else I would trust to cut into my eyeballs ;) In all seriousness, Dr Ionides is a terrific ophthalmic surgeon. He always reviews my eye measurements carefully, explains things fully and does so in a very calm manner. Mr Hove performed my IOL 2 years ago with great success but have recently noticed a deterioration in my sight. Contacted Mr Hove who responded immediately & he explained that I may need a Yag Capulotomy (Laser) which he performed yesterday. He explained that this is quite common & the laser would be a 1 time & permanent fix. My vision today is100% better for which I am extremely pleased . Hilary J
