Mr Ayoub explained the whole process and subsequent outcome very thoroughly and answered any questions and concerns in detail. The surgery was on both eyes and the treatment was painless and took little time. All in all I felt I was in good hands all through the consultations and surgery and am very happy with the outcome. Everything was explained to a super in depth degree, including videos of the actual procedure so I was fully aware of what to expect. The aftercare and follow ups were excellent and I was left in no doubt that, had there been any issues, which there weren't, everything would be managed which gave me piece of mind in making my choice of surgeon. Our eyes are so precious, it's important that you fully understand everything and you have the utmost faith in the professionals you choose. My only regret is that a phaffed around and didn't get it done years ago!

Doctor Hamid is clearly experienced, has a light hearted approach and smile on his face. Overall, I had apositive patient experience with him. A few improvements to note for the future based on my experience: - I had the impression, both in the 1st call and on the day of surgery, that he was in a hurry and was looking forward to cut it short with me. - The first appointment with him was scheduled as video call and I was expecting that, however it was run by telephone. This uncommunicated and unexplained change in the moment made me uncomfortable because as a patient I'd like to build trust and easen up with the surgeon.

Miss Khanam has always been most helpful at every visit, explained everything to be done very clearly. Even though my eyes weren’t “playing ball” she has patiently helped me get things sorted out. I can’t recommend Miss Khanam highly enough!

Mr Sid Goel gave excellent care throughout seeing him, he has excellent bed side manner also, and explains the facts, procedures, pro's and con's when you see him.

Dr Low has been amazing with my mother through her eye operation. She has explained everything to me and my mum and made my mum feel comfortable. She talked us through the procedure and been professional at all times. She is a great consultant and appreciate her.
