Had a brilliantly successful surgery with Miss Caroline Payne and couldn’t be happier with the results.

Mr. James is a highly skilled surgeon; professional and honest with a likeable and easy manner. I went to see Matt to discuss a facelift. He explained fully what the surgery would involve and made me feel relaxed and confident about the whole process. I thought "this is the person for me, I can trust this guy". My surgery went very well. I was astonished how quickly I recovered. Swelling and bruising where minimal with hardly any pain, just mild discomfort. I also had fat transfer to marionette lines, and nasolabial folds. Jowls gone, and neck looked tighter. No more "square" face, or saggy cheeks, I felt and looked so much younger, fresher and happier. It's knocked years off my face. Not bad when you're 71. If, like me, you've been dithering about surgery for years, rest assured Matt has the expertise to attain your goal. Matt and his team have done a superb job. Special thanks to Tracey for "holding my hand" and giving me advice. I cannot recommend Matt James and his team highly enough. Thank you all.

In each and every meeting I had prior to surgery and post surgery he has talked me through exactly what would be happening both clearly and concisely. Mr Mohammad Masood was the second consultant I met at London Spire East hospital through my private medical insurance as I wasn't satisfied or getting any treatment from my initial consultant. Mr Masood took time to discuss my options, draw diagrams to explain processes, explained risks and advantages and gave me all the information I needed to make the right decision for me. The subtotal hysterectomy I had to resolve severe fibroid issues was performed amazingly, I healed well within the expected 6 week timeframe and everything has been smooth sailing without any pain or much discomfort since.
