A very positive experience indeed. With my symptoms improving, the doctor took a pragmatic, but most importantly, extra cautious and thorough approach to my condition. Mr Stuart Gould gave me the time and an good explanation pre surgery. On the Surgery day he explained his plan for the surgery well. Post Surgery he came and saw me and explained what had occured, that it all went as expected. The follow up appointment, Staurt explained the putcome from the surgery and also reassured me on the current pain and swelling. I was very happy with the service provided to date.

Mr Menezes is a very experienced and skilled laparoscopic surgeon. I was not the easiest case, but he got the job done laparoscopicly and as a result my recovery has been quick. He understands all the risks and goes through them at pace, so you have to keep up! But you trust him and he delivers.

It was nice to be listened to and then have a diagnosis clearly explained with possible options given. I felt Dr Cheent understood what I had been going through and was able to advise the best course of action. I'm pleased to say things have improved significantly and I am hoping things will carry on in this vein.
