My appointment with Dr Al-Joudeh was a positive experience. He was able to see me quickly and he took time to explain things without rushing. He had a kind and caring manner and I would recommend him to others. If only more doctors were like him.

Dr. Besherdas is an excellent doctor who really listened to me and put me at ease before my gastroscopy and colonoscopy. He banded my haemoroids as well. Both procedures were quick and painfree. He was kind enough to arrange the procedures within a week and his entire team was so supportive and reassuring. He has a good sense of humour as well which helps to relieve nerves before the procedures. I would highly recommend him for any gastroenterology related issues and procedures. It's a 5 🌟 from me ! Dr Sudeep Tanwar is a great doctor! It was so easy for me to see him and explained everything so well! I have seen many doctors over the years but Dr Sudeep Tanwar’s class is above anyone else I have ever seen! Brilliant man!

Initial consultation & procedures were dealt with well & quite quick. However, I then had to chase for a follow up, as there was still no reason identified for my diagnosis. The secretary is difficult to get hold, often no replies to emails, so followed up through Spire secretaries. Eventually got a telephone appt, but didn't get called, was then told I should have gone in-person. Next appt cancelled at short notice. Re-schedule appt the Professor didn't turn up, was then told clinic was cancelled, but had no notification, so resulted in a wasted journey. Not sure if I can now be bothered with the hassle to follow up on my health issues!
