My experience with Willow Health has been extremely positive. I felt at ease speaking to Lauren and relief in that finally someone was listening to me. I was given excellent advice, plenty of information and a plan on how to move forward with treatment. Communication after consultation was quick and it has been easy to get back in touch with Lauren. The Albyn has always been a great hospital with great staff.

Although I had previously had a consultation at Kingsbridge, tThis was the first time I had undergone a surgical procedure. All the staff were friendly and helpful - reception staff, nurses, consultant and anaesthetist. My consultant was very easy to talk to and reassuring putting me at ease and listening to my concerns.
