My experience with Willow Health has been extremely positive. I felt at ease speaking to Lauren and relief in that finally someone was listening to me. I was given excellent advice, plenty of information and a plan on how to move forward with treatment. Communication after consultation was quick and it has been easy to get back in touch with Lauren. I would strongly recommend Willow Health to anyone.

I had a very good experience at the Spire today, but was especially impressed by Mr Middleton’s approachability and general engagement with my problem-very open, helpful consultations style-thank you.

My follow up appointment was booked for 2pm on 6th June. I received my email and text reminders the day before. I travelled 2 hours to the hospital for my appointment to be told to wait at waiting area 3. I waited 20 mins and went back to reception to then be told that my doctor wasn’t there today. I changed my shift at work and my husband took a day off to attend this appointment. I then had to wait a further 45 minutes for another doctor to see me. This was incredibly frustrating service considering the distance we travelled. I’m not sure why I was not contacted to be informed my doctor was not there.

Although I had previously had a consultation at Kingsbridge, tThis was the first time I had undergone a surgical procedure. All the staff were friendly and helpful - reception staff, nurses, consultant and anaesthetist. My consultant was very easy to talk to and reassuring putting me at ease and listening to my concerns.

Overall a very positive experience. From reception, nursing staff and consultant i felt that I was treated with respect and courtesy.

Quick visit to see a knee specialist went very smoothly.

Professional. No wait times. Quick response when phoning for appointment. Friendly and helpful staff who have the time to talk to patients and help with patient care and the overall experience.
