My experience with Willow Health has been extremely positive. I felt at ease speaking to Lauren and relief in that finally someone was listening to me. I was given excellent advice, plenty of information and a plan on how to move forward with treatment. Communication after consultation was quick and it has been easy to get back in touch with Lauren. I would strongly recommend Willow Health to anyone.

My first visit was yesterday but the practice was very clean and the receptionist was very friendly. I actually commented how great the rest of the team was to the reception whilst making my follow up appointment for next week. The Dentist was particularly good at showing me everything that she was talking about whilst letting me look at my mouth in a hand held mirror (this has never been done for me before) but I felt it was a very good way to deal with your patients. Sometimes I also have felt in the past that if you are an NHS patient you don’t always get given as much time or sometimes they don’t seem as happy about doing the work needed but I had no feeling whatsoever about this in your practice and that is something I also appreciated. Many thanks for the 1st experience as I could not fault a thing.

Helpful receptionist. Clear instructions. Clean facilities and a mocha was a bonus. Appointments after 6pm a real help

Dry friendly and efficient staff. Waiting area was a clean and pleasant environment. Consultant was very friendly, helpful and we progressed health issue to a satisfactory conclusion.

Cannot say nothing bad. Very satisfied with the procedure I got done
