I've been using The Cross Dental for several years now and they have been impeccable. Friendly staff, the dentists has been always extra gentle considering my horrendous past experiences, they always explain to me like to a five years old, which brings a lot of comfort for me personally.

This was my 1st visit to this dentist. I was apprehensive as I had been with my old dentist for many years . I was welcomed into the reception are and was instantly put at ease The dentist came through to the reception and introduced her myself . What a lovely thing to do with a new patent. Once my initial check had been carried out the dentist offered to do the required work immediately as it was as minimal work . Extremely clean surgery with very friendly stuff who are clearly very knowledgeable professionals. Definitely looking forward to my next visit

After my last practise stopped seeing NHS patients, I contacted the Cross Dental via their website as they had a waiting list for new NHS patients. They 'phoned me back after a few weeks, and took me on as a new patient. Unfortunately, they had to cancel my initial appointment due to a delay in registering the new NHS dentist. There was a further delay as I had Covid and couldn't book back in straight away. But when I did call them back, I luckily was able to book in within a week due to a cancellation. Dr Alhaddad was kind and polite; he seemed perfectly competant. I received a typical new dentist appointment: my teeth were x-rayed and scaled. The clinic seemed very clean, and the staff seemed busy. Overall, I am very happy with the service I received.

I was a new patient.A warm and friendly practice and we were taken on time too.The receptionist Sandra made me feel very welcome.Hamza and Danny were a great team.Hamza the dentist was very professional and thorough checking our teeth.Danny his assistant was brilliant throughout making my experience relaxed.Highly recommend this practice.Very clean and professional service.Thank you
