Miss Akbar was the first doctor that I felt really listened to the problems my husband and I had been having to conceive. She was empathetic, knowledgable and always there via her secretary when we had questions outside of appointments. I liked her approach to our treatment plan, gradually increasing the support until eventually we successfully conceived.

He was clear and concise with explaining what was going to happen, He made sure I understood exactly what was going on and was really considerate throughout. Communication was excellent at all times

I cannot praise Mr Nama enough. From the start, he was calm, explained everything to me in great detail, gave me time to ask questions, was respectful and totally put me at ease. I had complete trust and confidence in him. This meant that I was calm on the run up to the procedure. Mr Nama met with me before and after the procedure on the day and came to see me before I was released. He has also checked in to follow up to see how my recovery is going. I understand that my procedure was more difficult than expected and I appreciate mr Nama’s determination to complete via keyhole, meaning my recovery will be shorter.
