I have been very fortunate to be part of the most wonderful, interesting and diverse group with excellent therapists. I have learnt so much and have noticed that using these skills this has improved my day to day life. My 1-1’s have been structured and very beneficial to reinforce my use of skills but to also to know I have such consistent support. The therapists are so committed and genuinely care, the passion in what they do shines through and therefore the quality of care is amazing. Thank you.

Receptionists can sometimes be a little brusque, but otherwise very good overall.

I cannot find anything negative to say about Kipapa, I found the overall experience beneficial.

Entering the lady at reception says straight down the corridor to room 6. Door at the end of the corridor says waiting room 3 so I go back and ask and she says yes. Going in, room 6 says do not disturb. But I’m wondering if it’s been left like that by accident. There’s the sound of wind playing but no sign explaining why so I spend a few minutes trying to figure out if it’s wind or a speaker. This could be handled by explaining clearly where to go and what will happen - particularly important to people who are neurodivergent, which is why I’m here. I’m anxious enough without extra cognitive load. She could say “Straight down the corridor into waiting room 3, the doctor is in room 6. If it shows do not disturb then wait and he’ll be with you shortly. There’s a speaker playing wind sounds to try to put you at ease.”

It’s just a friendly and supportive environment

Doctor A Gauthey-Sebert was very friendly and explained everything I needed to know super clearly, putting me at ease even in that quite uneasy situation (I had my first IUD fitted). Super recommended. I'll go back to her in 5 years when I'll have to remove/replace it.

We have found their support and services fantastic for our child. Mental health remains a gentle red area as far as NHS is concerned and going to private healthcare yourself is a hit and miss. With Orchestrate Health you get a holistic service which covers all mental health requirements and they have some amazing professionals on their panel.
