Dr Mistry exceeded all my expectations. From my first visit I felt he genuinely has compassion for his patients. I was experiencing severe issues due to chronic insomnia. He made me feel at ease immediately and was very easy to talk to as well as being reassuring. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and experienced in dealing with the most complex of sleep problems. I felt he was truly dedicated to help me and I had complete trust in his vast expertise and advice. I very much appreciated his services when I found myself needing additional support, he was always prompt at replying to my requests and arranging the support I needed to get me through some very difficult times, the advice given was invaluable. I cannot recommend Professor Lobo enough from the initial meeting to ongoing support it is first class. Simple explanations that I understand and extremely thorough testing after years of lots of unexplained symptoms he was finally able to give me a diagnosis…thank you for all you’ve done and still do for me.

Dr Iles was outstanding. In less than easy circumstances he managed to successfully determine what was needed. He restored our faith in psychiatry. Kind, patient and insightful. I absolutely recommend.

Richard took time to explain the treatment thoroughly. The clinic was extremely clean and hygiene was excellent. I felt unbelievably relaxed when the acupuncture needles were pu in my ears. I expected the piercing to be painful but it was not. I felt calm and well cared for throughout. Thank you.

I had one RTT session with Elizabeth. I have been watching Marisa Peers on YouTube and have bought 2 of her books, however I felt I needed the help of an RTT therapist to expedite my recovery. After the session, I didn’t sleep well the night after the session. The next day I was still able to function and felt good all day (I haven’t felt good for more than 1.5 years due to a breakdown of a long term relationship and soon after that having to go through cancer diagnosis and treatments. The night after that I had a full night sleep. I woke up feeling really good and ‘complete’. It was a wonderful feeling. I felt so much love for myself and I feel so peaceful. I have never felt this way ever. I didn't feel any fear or guilt or bad about myself. I carried these feelings all the time even when I was seemingly 'fulfilled' and ‘happy’ with my long term partner (now ex) or on holiday or home abroad with my family and old friends. Those feelings were always there deep down. Listening to the bespoke hypnosis recording done by Elizabeth daily also helps. Maria was always very supportive and easy to talk to. Her explanations of feelings and emotions were easy to understand, and the strategies were helpful. I never felt that what I gad to say was invalid or wrong and she was able to help Ms understand it was OK to feel like this.

I unreservedly recommend Dr. Ducci as a psychiatrist. She is not only highly educated, trained, and experienced, but also deeply caring and listens closely. Dr. Ducci's communication style during our therapy is clear and based on our relationship of mutual trust. In my experience Dr. Ducci 's therapeutic guidance is extremely constructive and practical. In fact, after stopping therapy for a few years, I chose to return to Dr. Ducci to resume my therapy to cope with my depression and life choices because I found her so helpful.
