Miss Samina Haider is an experienced Acupuncturist and Naturopath with a specialist focus on women's health, fertility acupuncture and naturopathy. Recognised as one of South East London's leading fertility acupuncture practitioners, she is dedicated to supporting individuals and couples throughout their fertility journey, as well as those experiencing hormonal health challenges from menstrual disorders, hormonal imbalances and menopause. Drawing on both extensive clinical training and personal experience, she provides care tailored to each patient's unique needs.

In additional to holding degree level training in Acupuncture and Naturopathy, she holds an Advanced Level Diploma in Fertility Acupuncture, considered the gold standard in Fertility acupuncture training globally and has undertaken additional specialist training in fertility and IVF support, Reproductive Microbiome, Hormonal health, Miscarriage, Male Infertility, Pregnancy and menopause. Her integrative approach combines the principles of traditional acupuncture with modern scientific understanding to optimise reproductive and hormonal health.

In addition to acupuncture, Samina incorporates nutritional  guidance, lifestyle advice and naturopathic modalities into personalised treatment plans, helping patients achieve the best possible physical and emotional wellbeing.
