When I meet Mr Kumar I was very worried about the symptoms could indicate cancer. He arranged a first appointment within 36 hours. Seeing him was a huge relief, he confirmed the risk of cancer to be very low and quickly arranged for me to have all tests completed. Through out the process he kept checking in with me. His executive assistant was also very kind and supportive.

He is really professional. Good skills as far I can understand this domain. A surgeon wich you can trust that he will take the right decision. He knows to listen. HE CARE ABOUT HIS PATIENTS. He took the right decision in my situation. Really professional Surgeon!

Provided great care, excellent surgeon and doctor - I have a big lipoma and before the procedure explain to be what it was and what was the best course of action. She even came to say high in my bedroom a few hours before the surgery to encore I was ok. Post surgery was great - my scar is healing beautifully and quite minimal and discrete. Beautiful work overall!

From the Moment I met Prof Patel at our first consultation, I knew I was in excellent hands. He explained the surgery that I required (whipple) in great detail and answered the questions that myself and my Wife had with great care and compassion and really made me feel a lot happier and comfortable as to what I should expect over the coming months. In hospital, the Prof once again demonstrated to me his passion for, just being one of the best at what he does. Everytime he came to see how I was progressing, still in hospital, post op, he listen intently to how I was feeling, not just physically but mentally as well and showed me so much compassion, love and care, even on Christmas morning the Prof came in to see how I was doing, he didn't need to, when many had finished work for the holiday. DR Sala is one of the best Dr's I have ever come across. She is very polite, kind and caring. She has always been updating me and my mum about everything happening. She dealt with my mums case with such high effort. She knows her job very well and mostly above this she knows how to treat people with upmost respect and dignity.
