Thank you for completing my surgery, the incision sites as clean and barely noticable already leaving minimal scaring. You explained everything throughly and concisely. The check in 3 weeks after surgery was helpful and made me feel reassured that I’m healing as should be.

My experience with Mr Bagul was most excellent. He made me feel at ease instantly, as my hernia had been increasing in size, it made me more anxious and worrisome. He instantly made me feel at ease when he explained clearly what the issue was and what was causing it. He took the time to listen to my worries and concerns, and then presented all the treatment options available to me. Together we were able to make a plan, which was tailored to my needs. He explained the procedure very well, which helped to relax me. He was very efficient with communication, and was flexible offering a clinic time which fitted my busy schedule. I’m very pleased with the outcome, and would highly recommend Mr Bagul to any of my friends or family members for treatments without concern or reservations.
