Dr. Besherdas is an excellent doctor who really listened to me and put me at ease before my gastroscopy and colonoscopy. He banded my haemoroids as well. Both procedures were quick and painfree. He was kind enough to arrange the procedures within a week and his entire team was so supportive and reassuring. He has a good sense of humour as well which helps to relieve nerves before the procedures. I would highly recommend him for any gastroenterology related issues and procedures. It's a 5 🌟 from me ! As always Mr Singhal was very polite and friendly which always helps me to feel at ease. He listened whilst I provided him with an update before outlining the next steps to be taken. He also took the time to explain in further detail the importance of the fibre supplement tablets that he was recommending I took.This was both interesting and enlightening. At the conclusion of the meeting I left feeling reassured and with a clear plan of what steps were required ,and why, going forwards. Once again I cannot stress enough how comfortable Mr Singhal makes both myself, and my wife, feel with the manner in which he explains everything for which we are both very grateful.
