On two occasions I attended Thornbury Hospital for pre op checks or for stitches removed. Both times I waited over 40 minutes to be seen. The reason I was given was that no rooms were available.

Welcoming staff and prompt appointment.

We attended our child’s Australian visa medical appointment at YourExcellent Health. Unfortunately, we had to wait 30 minutes past our scheduled time before being called, as the doctor we had booked was unavailable. During this time, the reception staff showed little concern—I had to approach them myself after waiting with my 13-month-old baby, who was understandably bored and frustrated. Once we were finally seen, however, the doctor was wonderful—extremely kind, friendly, and generous.
