Mr Faris was very kind and professional, I cannot rate him high enough. He had a very personal touch and provided best individual care. I have had a lot of complications along the journey, even in early pregnancy. Every time I have contacted him for advice or questions, he had been empathetic, understanding and extremely approachable. The whole experience having surgery performed by Mr khazali and his entire team has been faultless. I felt in such safe hands and reassured at every step. The care at the Lister Hospital was excellent and follow up has been brilliant from phone calls from the nursing team and quick email responses from Mr Khazali when my GP had a query about ongoing medication. I recovered remarkably quickly from a complex operation which I’m sure is down to the surgeon’s skill and the care and advice I received.

Dr Shazia Malik took time to explain issues, re-explaining when I did not understand something, and gave practical advice for not just the issue at hand but also surrounding matters for overall well-being.

Mr Sayasneh was able to explain to me very well what to expect about the procedure and the care that came after it. He has been very diligent in following my case and providing excellent care.
