Dr Ray came recommended from another mum and after seeing 3 different GP’s that kept telling me to not worry when I knew my 5 year old needed some help, I knew it was time to take things further. I felt seen and heard by Dr Ray. She has a very friendly approach both with the parents as well as children, is a great listener, clearly great at what she does and it was a lovely experience from beginning to end. I will not go elsewhere from now on when it comes to my son.

The whole family's concerns were addressed but at the centre was the patient and her concerns a truly exemplary consultation in every way. To take a case that had long been beyond the reach of NHS dogma; to deconstruct it and then elementally re-combine the components around a single evidence backed core explanation, was an absolute object lesson in how academic and free-thinking medicine can be conducted to the benefit of the patient, their family and support networks. This consultation was a masterclass in common sense practice triumphing over outdated concepts and barriers in thinking. We cant thank Dr Brennan enough for returning self belief and faith in herself back to our daughter.

Dr. Singh is an incredible practitioner. He is extremely patient and kind and seems to care deeply about his patients. I am new to the UK medical system and he has taken a great deal of time explaining how things work here and helping me to find the correct treatment and work within the system. He is extraordinarily responsive to questions and frequently gets back to me the same day, even if it's outside of normal business hours. I have seen a lot of practitioners and rarely have I felt that they truly understand my condition and are interested in discussing possible treatments. Dr. Singh is exceptional in that respect. I have never felt rushed or that I've been anything other than a top priority at each appointment. I cannot recommend Dr. Singh more highly. Liam took the time to explain everything thoroughly, informatively and clearly in a friendly and caring manner. He clearly explained clearly all the treatment options that were available and did not pressurise me to take any particular one. Following the appointment I have received exercises, information and a clear assessment of my problem and my treatment which is very helpful. I would highly recommend Liam.

Dr Saggar was professional, courteous and informative throughout my consultations with him. He provided a very thorough consultation and constant correspondence throughout the process for any queries I may have had.

Having seen other orthopaedic surgeons and undergone surgey previously on the same issue, seeing Mr Malik felt like the first actual 'Consultant' appointment. For clarity, I wanted to see Mr Malik due to his cited specialities of assisting younger sportspeople back to participation. We discussed options, potential routes, risks and benefits to each before settling upon a choice. Mr Malik was thorough and open in the conversations and I felt listened to throughout. The surgery was a success, and having gone from a place of very little hope in making a good recovery to the knee problems, I have ended up with the potential of returning to a life of activity. This wasn't seen as an option previously, and I can only thank Mr Malik for his time, input and patience in working with me.
