He allowed me time to process the information & ask questions which I felt were explained honestly & with my best interests at heart. Once we had decided together that surgery was the way forward, Simon went out of his way to ensure his team kept me well informed & there after got my surgery & Pre- op appointemnts schduled within exceptional timeframes . Mr Mendoza, Was Very Knowledge and reassuring, he provided a through review of the MRI and I left feeling happier that my headaches were not a result of the concerns i had Also, appreciating that the headaches were still causing me distress, Mr Mendoza advised he would advise that further referral would be beneficial
